Data Scientist - Graph Theory & AI

Full-time Remote R&D

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement graph-based algorithms to model complex enterprise knowledge systems
  • Apply graph theory, network analysis, and optimization techniques to solve real-world business problems
  • Build AI-powered reasoning engines that understand relationships, dependencies, and patterns across organizational data
  • Develop novel approaches to knowledge representation, semantic reasoning, and intelligent action recommendation
  • Collaborate with engineering to productize research insights into scalable platform features

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with focus on graph theory, network science, or discrete mathematics
  • Deep expertise in graph algorithms (traversal, pathfinding, centrality, community detection, etc.)
  • Experience with context graphs, semantic networks, or ontology-based systems
  • Proficiency in Python and graph libraries (NetworkX, igraph, Neo4j, etc.)
  • Familiarity with machine learning on graphs (GNNs, graph embeddings) and NLP techniques
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probabilistic reasoning, and optimization
  • Ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into practical solutions

Bonus Points

  • Published research in graph theory, network science, or AI
  • Experience with enterprise systems, workflow modeling, or business process analysis
  • Contributions to open-source graph or AI projects
  • Background in causal inference, decision theory, or cognitive science

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Full-time Remote Engineering

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale the GraphLogic platform from the ground up
  • Design intuitive interfaces that make complex graph-based knowledge systems accessible to business users
  • Develop backend services and APIs that power context graph operations, AI reasoning, and workflow orchestration
  • Integrate with graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, etc.) and implement efficient data modeling patterns
  • Collaborate with data scientists to productize AI/ML models and graph algorithms
  • Own features end-to-end, from architecture decisions to deployment and monitoring

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience building production web applications
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar, comfortable with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
  • Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB, Neptune, etc.) or willingness to dive deep quickly
  • Understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and system architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Product-minded engineer who thinks about user experience and business impact

  • Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms or B2B software

Enterprise Account Executive

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle with enterprise customers, from prospecting and qualification to close and expansion
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers who are driving strategic initiatives
  • Understand complex organizational challenges and articulate how GraphLogic creates clarity, enables action, and delivers success
  • Run compelling demos that show how context graphs and AI transform how enterprises work
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure customer outcomes
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales process as an early sales hire

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling complex, transformational solutions (not just tools) to F500 or mid-market enterprises
  • Consultative selling approach. You listen deeply, diagnose problems, and position solutions strategically
  • Ability to navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and champions
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts (AI, context graphs, data integration) with both technical and business audiences
  • Self-starter mentality. You thrive in ambiguity and take initiative to build pipeline and drive deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or knowledge management solutions
  • Background in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or business transformation
  • Network of executives in target industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Startup or early-stage sales experience. You've helped build a sales motion from scratch
  • Technical background or ability to go deep on product architecture
