License

License & Use

The GraphLogic platform source code is available to Project customers, Enterprise customers, and Certified Partners under the Business Source License (BSL 1.1). After three years, every release auto-converts to Apache 2.0. Here's what that means in plain language.

What you can do

  • Read, inspect, and audit the source code
  • Run the platform on your own infrastructure
  • Modify the platform for your own internal use
  • Build solutions on top of the platform for your own internal use
  • Use any release that has converted (3 years after publication) under Apache 2.0

Requires the commercial license

  • Selling solutions built on GraphLogic to customers
  • Offering GraphLogic as a hosted service to third parties
  • White-labeling or rebranding the platform
  • Embedding GraphLogic in commercial products you sell
  • OEM, redistribution, or branded enterprise editions

Building solutions to sell?

The Commercial Solutions Partner agreement gives you a commercial license to redistribute GraphLogic with your solutions in exchange for a revenue share. Marketplace listing eligibility and Certified Partner status come with it.
