Invest in Outcomes
Not Software Licenses
GraphLogic is shared source. You don't pay for access to software. You invest in how far your organization can go with it.
The Platform is Shared Source
Inspect the code. Understand the logic. Extend the platform. Your subscription unlocks the environment, support, and acceleration needed to turn that foundation into real outcomes.

Questions
What does the subscription actually unlock?
The platform code is shared source — you can inspect and download it freely. Your subscription is primarily a support model: portal access (tickets, requests, roadmap visibility), standard or priority support tier, and timely updates. Team adds a dedicated hosted development environment where you build your own solutions; Enterprise adds multiple environments and custom deployment. You're paying for support and infrastructure, not for permission to look at the code.
Who pays for LLM usage (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)?
You do, directly. GraphLogic runs on your own LLM API key — bring your existing Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini account, and the provider bills you for inference. We don't mark up tokens. This keeps your AI costs transparent and lets you choose the model that fits each workload.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Each tier is billed monthly by default, or you can pay annually and save roughly 17%. Developer is $500/mo or $5,000/yr. Team is $2,500/mo or $25,000/yr. Enterprise is custom.
Does the named-developer cap limit who can use the platform?
No. "Named developer" refers to portal seats — the people authorized to file tickets, submit requests, see the roadmap, and engage with support. Anyone in your organization can use the platform you build with it, and the solutions you deploy on it serve as many users as you need. The seat cap is on portal participation, not platform usage.
When should we move from Developer to Team?
When you need priority support with SLA-backed response, solution development hours from our team, or guided onboarding. Seat count is a secondary signal — the real trigger is whether you're self-sufficient or whether deadlines need our active involvement.
How does adding developers work?
Each tier scales by adding named developers up to its cap. Developer adds seats at +$100/mo each, capped at 5. Team includes 5 and adds more at +$200/mo each, capped at 10. Beyond 10 you need Enterprise — not because the platform can't handle more seats, but because teams that size need dedicated support, custom SLAs, and a named CSM to keep things moving.
What about marketplace solutions?
Marketplace solutions price separately from your GraphLogic subscription. GraphLogic-built solutions (like Decision Tracker) are included with the platform. Partner-sold solutions (like Cognitive ITSM or Claims Insight) are priced by the partner — you contact them directly to engage. See the marketplace for details.
Do you offer a proof of concept?
Yes. We can stand up a focused use case to demonstrate value in your environment. The shared source codebase is also always available to explore independently.
What about deployment?
Deployment options (SaaS, cloud, on-premise) are flexible and available separately. See our deployment page for details.
